Lunch&Learn at BITS

At BITS, the “Lunch&Learn” lunchtime format has been in place for several months. The event takes place once a month and serves the continuous further training of the team.
We start with a lunch together. Food and drink will be provided. After lunch, the learning part follows. Here, an employee prepares a self-selected topic from practice and presents it to the colleagues.

The events are designed in different ways, both in interactive and classic form.
Topics and content of the events held so far have included decision-making, agility and presentation techniques.
