On September 18, 2024, Personio hosted the event “HR Spotlight: Insights and impulses for a successful HR transformation” – and the event was a complete success! Together with partners such as CLEVIS, JackRussell, HR factory GmbH and us, BITS GmbH, the event offered a platform for the digitalization and future-proofing of modern HR processes. With an exciting keynote speech by Personio and practice-oriented workshops, participants were able to gain valuable insights and learn about innovative approaches that will shape the HR world of tomorrow. We at BITS GmbH also took the opportunity to contribute our expertise in process digitization and automation. Best practices were discussed in a lively exchange and ideas for future-oriented HR solutions were developed. In addition to the professional input, the event offered plenty of space for networking and exchanging ideas with other experts. The evening ended on a relaxed note with snacks and drinks.
